Accessible Seating
- We welcome persons with disabilities and provide accessible seating areas, parking, and restrooms.

Amplification
- FM Loop amplification headsets are available for the hearing impaired for most performances at no charge. Please call 757-393-8181 at least one week in advance.
- There are ATMs on-site for use by our guests.
- Most artists who perform at the nTelos Wireless Pavilion have strict rules prohibiting cameras or recording devices of any kind in the Pavilion.
- Please check the individual event listing for any exceptions and additional information on audio taping.
- Backpacks and Bags are allowed.
- Please use a bag that will fit under designated seat and no framed packs.
- Please note that an artist may prohibit entry of any backpacks/bags.
- The nTelos Wireless Pavilion offers a wide variety of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. However, if you wish to bring your own bottled water, you may do so in a factory-sealed plastic container no more than 24 oz.
Blankets
- Blankets are permitted at all nTelos Wireless Pavilion shows. Please note that all items being brought in are subject to search.
Boat Slip Rentals

Box Office Information
- The nTelos Wireless Pavilion box office is open Monday-Friday from 10 AM - 6 PM. On show days (including weekend shows), the box office is open from 10 AM through show time.
Cameras
- Please check the individual event listing or contact us at 757-393-8181 in order to determine the camera policy.
- No professional cameras.
Camping

Concessions
- We have a wide variety of concessions available for purchase at all shows.
- Cash is the only form of payment accepted for concessions.
- There are part time and seasonal employment positions available as Ushers, Ticket Takers, Parking, Security, and Stage Hands. For information please contact janet@eventstaffinginc.com or call 757-640-8900.
- A team of Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedics are on-site at every event to handle any medical needs.
- So that we can best serve our guests' needs the nTelos Wireless Pavilion has a Guest Services station on the East Concourse to your right as you enter the venue.
- Lawn chairs are available for a $5 rental fee - return chair with chair rental ticket at the end of the night and receive $1 back.
- Guests are allowed to bring their own chair as long as the seat sits 8 inches or less from the ground. See example below:
Lost and Found
- Lost and Found items may be turned in or retrieved from Guest Services on event days.
- To check on a lost item please contact us at 757-393-8181.
Sign Language Interpretation
- Sign language interpretation can be arranged by calling 757-393-8181. A minimum of three weeks advance notice is required.
- Smoking is allowed in the plazas outside of the seating areas. We ask that there be NO Smoking in the reserved seating area.
- Umbrellas are permitted in the nTelos Wireless Pavilion for most shows (please use a small umbrella without any sharp points). Please call 393-8181 on the day of the show to confirm that they are permitted for that day.
Weather
- All events at the nTelos Wireless Pavilion are rain or shine. Please note all tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs.
- Glass bottles or aluminum/steel cans.
- Laser pointers.
- Non factory-sealed beverage containers (including thermoses).
- Pets (except for service animals).
- Recorders (audio/camera/video restricted by show)
- Will Call tickets will be available for pick up 2 hours prior to the performance start time.
- Picture Identification is required for pick up of any tickets/passes/credentials.
