The Atlantic Union Bank Pavilion box office is conveniently located directly in front of the Pavilion, in downtown Portsmouth next to City Hall.

The Atlantic Union Bank Pavilion box office is open:

Tuesdays: 10am-4pm
Fridays: 10am-4pm
Ticket on sale days: 10am-4pm
Show days: 10am-show

Payment methods accepted: In addition to cash, the Atlantic Union Bank Pavilion accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and+ Discover.

Tickets to all Atlantic Union Bank Pavilion events are also available at all Ticketmaster locations or online at www.ticketmaster.com.

Atlantic Union Bank Pavilion Mobile Tickets

If you selected Mobile Entry as your ticket delivery method, your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event and tickets will not be emailed or available for print. 

You have two options to access your tickets:

1. Add tickets to your mobile wallet by downloading the Ticketmaster App 

- Click "My Tickets" and select your upcoming show.

- Add the ticket(s) to your phone's wallet.

- Present your mobile ticket(s) at entry

2. Add tickets to your mobile wallet by visiting Ticketmaster on your mobile browser.

- On your mobile phone's web browser, visit ticketmaster.com and select "My Tickets."

- Sign in and select your desired order.

- Add the ticket(s) to your phone's wallet.

- Present your mobile ticket(s) at entry.

For assistance, visit the box office on the day of your event. Please be prepared to show your ID.

Additional Tips:

If you are purchasing tickets for a group or plan to arrive separately, you can Transfer tickets directly to friends and family using the Ticketmaster App. To expedite entry, we recommend doing this prior to arriving at the event.

- Using the Ticketmaster App or your phone's web browser, sign in to your account.

- Select the desired order and tap "Transfer Tickets" (event eligibility may vary).

- Select the ticket you'd like to transfer. Add the recipient's information and send. The recipient will receive an email with the ticket.

Show Day Tips:

Due to large crowds and higher traffic volume, be sure to give yourself ample time to arrive at the venue. For mobile tickets, please increase your phone screen brightness to assist with scanning. Lastly, make sure you have a fully charged battery!
