MASK POLICY

The CDC strongly recommends that all fans who are not fully vaccinated continue to wear face coverings unless they are actively eating, drinking or are otherwise exempt from having to wear a face covering.

Fully vaccinated individuals are not required to wear a face covering.

ENHANCED CLEANING & SANITIZATION

Enhanced protocols have been instituted throughout the entire venue. Before and after each show all high touch areas, including seats, handrails, concessions stands, restrooms and merchandise stands will be disinfected.

Hand Sanitizing Dispensers will be located prominently throughout the venue. Each unit will be checked every 30 minutes to ensure the units have adequate product.

Disinfectant wipes will be readily available in high-touch areas, including bathrooms, dining & picnic tables, bars and concessions areas throughout the venue.

MOBILE TICKETING

All 2021 events offer Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event.

Accessing your tickets:

Using the Ticketmaster App:

Download the Ticketmaster App
Sign in using your Ticketmaster account info (3 lines in the top left corner of the screen)
Select My Events
Select the desired upcoming event
Present the tickets to be scanned upon arriving at the entry gate

Using a web browser via computer or smartphone:

Visit https://www.ticketmaster.com on your web browser
Click Sign In on the top right corner
Enter your account login Username and Password
Under My Account, click My Tickets and select your upcoming event
Download or present your Mobile Tickets upon arrival at the Entry Gate
